My name is Oliver Coles.
I am 39 this year. I've lived in Cornwall for just over ten years now. I am a father of two lovely girls. Erin and Abbie.
I have worked with the Windows Operating system in it's many guises since creation, though I have never studied at an academic level, my experiences with Windows have given me knowledge to help those that have yet to get to grips with how their computers or laptops work.
Since I have started repairing computers , I have noticed a demand for computer lessons with a number of calls to the office asking whether it was possible for 'crash courses' etc.
Well, this is where those lessons become possible, by being able to book time with me in the comfort of your own home, online or over the phone.

Please don't get yourself frustrated due to lack of knowledge, I still have much to learn too, it's ok to relent and call someone in to show you. The computer is a very versatile tool in the home and office. Make the most of it.
I'm told I'm a polite, friendly, approachable and patient person, I'll even take my shoes before I come in, but I do drink a fair amount of tea, which is the one condition, I'm quite strict on!
