I also offer free remote after support for paying customers. You ring me, you visit www.logmein123.com. Then you enter the pin number I give you. This will then allow me to access your computer to control your mouse pointer and keyboard. We can then go through your PC issues over the phone whilst we are both interacting with your PC or Laptop.
