GOLD service
The Rolls Royce pc repair service for Cornwall - £115
The service includes, collection of your machine, dismantle, complete data back up, workshop time, delivery and setup.
We collect your machine, dismantle it and take it back to our workshop. We completely back up (record) your hard drive, we then put your computer on the bench and work on it, until it's finished. We then deliver the Laptop or PC to you, and set it up to how it was when before we took it away.

SILVER service 1
Everything that our gold service offers above, WITHOUT the data back up - £79
For when the contents of the hard drive on your laptop or pc are irrelevant, and you would like your machine dismantled, taken away, worked on, delivered back and set up again.

Everything that our gold service offers above, WITHOUT the collection/delivery/setup - £72
For when you have important data and you are prepared to deliver and collect your machine to/from the workshop.
BRONZE service
The most cost efective way of repairing you machine - £39
You bring the machine to us, the data is irrelevant on your hard drive and can be erased if required, we fix it, you collect it and take it away.

Some machines, dependent on their problem, may need to be kept in the workshop for up to 4 days and can involve complete reinstallation of you operating system.
Irrelevant of the time taken, we have the one standard workshop rate of £39
computer hardware faults
The prices quoted above are for the engineer's time and knowledge only. If hardware failure is discovered, additional costs will be incurred for parts.
We will always keep you 100% informed, and will only order the parts neccessary after talking to you on the phone AND receiving an email from you confirming.
