No power getting to your laptop? Laptop battery light not lighting?
If power is not getting to your laptop battery, the most common fault will be the pins within the power jack fracturing, or a solder join to the main board has been broken.
All types of laptop power jacks supplied and soldered.
Our service includes a strip down of the laptop, motherboard or daughterboard or powerboard removed. A new jack ordered, the board and new power jack are then sent away, by either recorded delivery or special delivery with £35 or £500 insurance, respectively, to a professional fully insured and certified microsoldering company. The soldering is completed the same day as the items are received then returned either the same day or next day, again by recorded delivery or special delivery with the same insurance specifications. Whilst your laptop is stripped we take advantage of this and clean it and service the operating system too.

If you can not deliver your machine to us, please contact us as we can arrange for collection of the machine and delivery by courier for £35, nationally!
PLEASE NOTE: Even if you add the £35 courier charge to the £69 special service totalling £104, when you consider the service includes the laptop power jack replacement, your machine stripped and cleaned and the operating system streamlined and serviced, prices don't seem so bad, do they?

Delivery is required at these rates
If you know that your power jack on your laptop is faulty and you require this service, you will be required to deliver and collect the laptop from me in Newquay.
If we discover that the power jack to your laptop is faulty when already contracted to fix your machine for other reasons, then the prices above are in addition to any other service charges that may have all ready been attracted. See our service rates HERE
