GOLD service - £79
Collection of your machine, dismantle, unlimited workshop time, delivery and setup of printers & network etc.
SILVER service - £59
You deliver your machine to us in Newquay, complete data back up, unlimited workshop time, you collect and setup your machine when finished.
BRONZE PC service - £29
You deliver your PC to us, unlimited workshop time, you collect your machine.
BRONZE Laptop service - £29 to £39

Some machines, dependent on their problem, may need to be kept in the workshop for up to 4 days and can involve complete reinstallation of the operating system.
Irrelevant of the time taken, we have the one standard workshop rate.
If you would prefer us to work on your machine at your home or on site, then a rate of £22 per hour will be charged.

If hardware failure is discovered, additional costs will be incurred for parts.
We will always keep you 100% informed, and will only order the parts neccessary after talking to you on the phone AND receiving an email from you confirming.
